Abstract
Color tinted photograph of Front Street. The brick buildings pictured could be hotels. The arrival of the Canadian Pacific Railway established Moosomin as the first Saskatchewan community. By 1884 the community had grown to include a five hotels, five general stores and a couple of blacksmith shops, a doctor, lawyer, butcher and one printer. Postcard divided back. Handwritten correspondence
