Abstract

He was responsible for bringing this architectural style into popular use for post offices throughout Canada. The building is faced with Tyndall stone, a popular building limestone quarried in Manitoba. The Beaux-Arts design features a mansard roof and clock tower. The city obtained the property in 1965 and the police station was annexed in 1985
