Abstract
Black and white real photograph of the technical high school in Moose Jaw. To keep 75 men off relief the city paid to keep the nearly finished technical school heated so that construction could continue through the winter. The institute opened in 1931 and is now known as Albert E. Peacock High School located on Ross Street. Handwritten correspondence on the back. Postmarked June 2, 1938
