Abstract
Real black and white photograph of St. John's Anglican Church (Marieton Church) located in the Rural Municipality of Mckillop No. 220 fifteen kilometers west and nine kilometers south of the Village of Bulyea. The church is one-storey, wood-sided with a square entrance tower, constructed in 1912. The common features of rural Anglican churches constructed during the early 1900s were simple rectangular plans with rounded-arch windows and east-west orientation. The crenellated bell tower and steeply pitched roof gable displays late-Gothic Revival influence.
