Abstract
Image of a group of female students congregating outside the entrance of Weyburn's Co-op school. All women are wearing either skirt suits or dresses. Many women are wearing white high-heeled shoes; the two women in the foreground, however, are wearing black tennis shoes. Two women--one wearing a colour-block skirt, the other leaning against a paned glass window--are wearing headscarves. The majority of women are wearing either sunglasses or eyeglasses. Co-operative schools were adult education centres that taught both business management skills and their integral co-operative principles. These institutes merged in 1959 to become the Western Co-operative College.
