Abstract
Indian Agent Rev. McDonald reported to the Department of Indian Affairs that he had secured an architect and had received plans for the new church. Tenders (requests for bids) would be advertised in the following weeks. McDonald also reported that the Mi'kmaq would dig the foundation and do much of the work on the church.
