What is the Spirit of Our Gathering? Self-Determination and Indigenous Sport Policy in Canada

This MA thesis looks at Canadian sport policy in terms of whether or not it encourages or restricts self-determination of the Indigenous people. One of the sporting events discussed is NAIG. It gives an overview of NAIG within the context of other Indigenous sporting events occurring in the same decades.
