Abstract
In 1924 the Women's Canadian Club of Regina held a second competition for pioneer stories of Saskatchewan. This is one of the stories submitted. This reminiscence describes some of the experiences and problems encountered in the performance of daily tasks on a homestead during the 1890s and 1900s. This homestead was located in Saskatchewan near the Montana border.
