Image of crane on railroad tracks repairing bridge where sleeping car "Kipling" jumped the tracks and fell through the bridge on to the ice- another train car can be seen on bridge and work men are visible near crane and on wooden trestles - typed description affixed to back of photograph reads "Debris cleared away and erecting a temporary span. Note. The work being done on the river ice to the rear of the picture. The city was laying a water main But an American paper carried an item "Saskatoon was digging under the ice for bodies after the accident"
