Abstract
Letter from David Wilkie to principal A.J. Pyke of Saskatoon Collegiate Institute (later renamed Nutana Collegiate) outlining his willingness to purchase pictures on behalf of Pyke. Wilkie plans on going to Toronto where many of the nations top artists resided, and states that he will use his best judgement when selecting paintings. He asks how much Pyke is willing to spend on paintings. He describes his potential plan for a holiday and states that Pyke should travel East. Wilkie states he will try to buy paintings directly from the artists, and discusses how he will get them framed.
