She outlines that they have already booked a room at the Sheraton. Davis also describes her educational background, including a degree from the Winnipeg College of Art completed in 1939. She talks about her life during the Second World War when she selected war artists when her husband was in the Royal Canadian Air Force. In addition to being an artist, Davis indicates she is a published poet. Davis recalled some of her teachers she had white at Nutana Collegiate and says they were exceptional.
