Letter from Thomas W. Mitchell, Canadian artist, to Alfred J. Pyke, principal of Saskatoon Collegiate Institute (presently named Nutana Collegiate), acknowledging receipt of his letter of March 10th, which enclosed a cheque for $225. He then proceeds to tell Pyke some details about the painting "The End of the Portage." He also encloses a picture of himself painting in this letter.
