Abstract
Image of exterior of Newberry School just south of Moose Jaw, showing teacher and pupils in front of school and horse-drawn buggy with three occupants alongside on left [circa 1908-1909]. Newberry SD 410 organized in 1895 and original school located on old Scott homestead. School in photograph built in 1904 and closed in 1962, after which it was converted into a community centre. Identified. In buggy: Gordon Newberry (back), Grace Newberry (left), Ethel Newberry (right).
