Abstract
Image of Mr. and Mrs. Alf Hall's Homestead located northeast of Marshall. Written on exhibit sheet: "The picture was taken in 1904. Mr. Hall and his help are putting up the hay for the winter. Mr. Hall was a young lad of 22 years when he set out for Canada with the Barr Colonists. His previous occupation had been as a photographer before he took up farming in this 'ne' land. Mrs. Hall was 21 years of age when she came over with her husband."
