Abstract
View of many mountains and hills with trees and a few lakes below. There is a solitary man just east of the lake looking down from a hill. On back: Dear Lillie, that postcard had rather a round about trip didn't it? Have you seen C.S. or P.P. since I was up there? I didn't see C.S. Wed. night but I saw Fred Thursday afternoon. He was with K. Burnham & S. Lake. We are getting the house fixed as soon as the men can get at it. I had to take the tacks out of the carpet. I got a new hat. It is a plain shape turned in a three corned affair trimmed with blue ribbon & feathers for every day & my good one will be a mushroom shape (is that how you spell it?) Hoping you don't eat too much sugar at that party if you go (Hazel). Addressed to: Miss Lillie Purvis, Mallorytown, Ont. Postmarked: Brockville, Ont. Apr 9, 07. On front: Say there is more than three lakes in Mallorytown isn't there? ha-ha-ha, H.R.
